Following documents/papers are required to be presented:
• Current Passport
• Duly filled in Form EAP-II along with four photos
• Relevant document/paper supporting the requirements of the PCC
• Fee: RMB 85.00

Note : PCC will be issued after receiving clearance from the Regional Passport Office in India
