For cases of reissue of new passports and for cases of issue of duplicate passport in lieu of lost/damaged passports a period of 30 days is required to obtain clearance from the original passport issuing authority in India.
For cases of issue of Additional booklets, miscellaneous service and attestations a period of 4 working days is required
