Painting Exhibition by Indian Painter Opens On December 18, 2011, China’s first India "Brahma" culture charity painting exhibition was organized by India-China Friendship Association and Chan yoga at yoga flagship hall (Floor 24-25B, Jingtai Building, Jianguo Menwai Street, Chaoyang District, Beijing). The exhibition exhibits the painting by Indian painter Mrs. Anjula Sharma, which will be kept on display for three months(entry free). The exhibition was inaugurated by Charge d’Affairs of Indian Embassy in Beijing, H.E. Mr. Rahul Chhabra and Deputy Secretary-General Luan Yutao of India-China Frienship Association. Most of Mrs. Sharma’s works presented in this exhibition are realistic, semi-realistic images of Rajasthani tribal women in their ethnic costumes and jewellery, as seen in their day-to-day life. The language of the paintings is direct and simple.
